I CREATED A CONTAINER FOR EXACTLY THIS BECAUSE...

Nothing has put me more in touch with my body, my femininity, my fun, my sensuality and my confidence as dance has. 

After my divorce, dance healed, freed, and expanded me in ways I can never put into words. In the years since then, dance continues to enrich my life and expand my heart constantly. I deeply, fundamentally and intuitively believe that when women dance, magic happens.

THE GENERAL SCHEDULE:

EACH GODDESS DANCE FOLLOWS THE  FLOW OF:

 

Opening Transmission:

I teach a short profound concept to set the tone 

Dance:

A mixture of guided, connective, meditative, healing, free flowing fluid and fun dance! 

Community Closing Circle:

Women join us on screen and share their experience, hearts, and stories with the sisterhood we build each time.

The Terms: For women only. Your camera will have to be on until the dance begins and then it's up to you!

Theme: Generational Healing

 

We're going to explore the painful generational patterns that run through your family lines so we can create new healed ones.

We’re going to explore the beliefs, stories, fears, behaviors, and dynamics we’ve inherited that aren’t serving us. 

Over here we believe that If trauma can be inherited, so can healing.

We believe that we get to be the transitional characters in our family line. We get to be the ones who create new legacies. Legacies we want for ourselves and those we love. 

We believe that it takes mind, body and soul working together to create the healing, relief and joy we deserve and guided somatic dance can offer that to us. 

We believe that women coming together in sisterhood can heal what women alone can never. 

And so with all these beliefs, we come together in dance.
